Do you think muslims of darker skin are more religious than those with lighter skin?

i noticed that in general, Muslim people who are dark are more religious than Muslims who are lighter in complication. i live in a diverse city and there are Bengali, Yemeni, and Bosnian people and other European people living in the city. i noticed that the Bengali (who are darkest of the all the groups listed) people have at least 5 or more mosques and are actively going to pray. they are more knowledgeable about Islam. Then there are the Yemeni (Arab) people who are lighter skinned and about the same in population as Bengali's but have one one medium size mosque and many of the men date Christians and disregard Islam. Then there are Bosnians who are white and they act completely like non muslims. they dress in a non Islamic way, have less knowledge about Islam,and actually act islamic. so basically i see that the darker a group of people are the more islamic they are. what do you think? i also noticed that somalis more reilgious is it because they'r dark (excluding asians)
