When will this conch piercing heal???

It's been 5 days since I had it done...it's a little red still, no knot on it though...but it's really painful! I have almost every ear piercing imaginable, and NONE of them ever hurt like this one! Mine is only a 14g, how long will it continue to hurt like this? It has started crusting, and when I wash it, this makes it hurt even worse, adn sometimes bleed. Is there anything I can do to help it?
