How can I get my dog to behave again?

My boston terror has become a nightmare since we brought our new baby home 2 months ago. She has become completely unhouse broken, very spastic when people come over, and very possessive of her toys with our other dog. I know she is jealous but we cant get rid of the baby so how do I fix it?
