What to get my boyfriend for his 21st birthday?

I can't decide between: DMB tickets (it's his favorite band- he's seen them before in concert, but it was 8 yrs ago) or something he will keep forever (ie, a framed watercolor of his favorite football team which is also autographed/some type of other framed football memorabilia). I need to know by 10 am tomorrow because thats when the DMB tickets go on sale!! Thanks.
