i noticed that in general, Muslim people who are dark are more religious than Muslims who are lighter in complication. i live in a diverse city and there are Bengali, Yemeni, and Bosnian people and other European people living in the city. i noticed that the Bengali (who are darkest of the all the groups listed) people have at least 5 or more mosques and are actively going to pray. they are more knowledgeable about Islam. Then there are the Yemeni (Arab) people who are lighter skinned and about the same in population as Bengali's but have one one medium size mosque and many of the men date Christians and disregard Islam. Then there are Bosnians who are white and they act completely like non muslims. they dress in a non Islamic way, have less knowledge about Islam,and actually act islamic. so basically i see that the darker a group of people are the more islamic they are. what do you think? i also noticed that somalis more reilgious is it because they'r dark (excluding asians)

It's been 5 days since I had it done...it's a little red still, no knot on it though...but it's really painful! I have almost every ear piercing imaginable, and NONE of them ever hurt like this one! Vegetarian who wants to be a vegan...?

Ok so i have been a vegetarian since i was 8 I am now 14. I have gradually given things up like gelatin, glycerin, glycerol, leather, down, many animal stocks, and anything in ingredients that i know come from animals. I want to be vegan like no dairy and all but all that I do already is hard on my mom finacially b/c she isn't vegeterain so all the soy meat she gets for me is an extra cost so if we couldn't share eggs and dairy etc then idk how she would afford it. So my question is really how hard was it for you to become vegan with none vegan family? You can lead a donkey to water but you cant make him drink. Your brother has to want to change. You cannot force it. The only thing you can do is try to protect your mother, father, and your brothers wife from him. Toughen them up a bit and make sure they know that they are not the problem. Your brother is an alcoholic. If he loves his daughter, maybe have a intervention with him and let him see what he is doing to his family and daughter. Have everyone write down their feelings and sit him down when he is SOBER. Or video tape when hes drunk looking like an *** and show it to him when he is sober and talk and explain how he hurts everyone and he will end up making his daughter HATE him. Good luck!

ok ive been using real-player for awhile and when i first got it was sluggish for instance if the video was 10 minutes it would take 20 minutes to download then like two months ago it got really fast i mean 10 minute clip would be downloaded in 2 minutes then it went back to this sluggish pace and the only two major changes ive made to my system is i changed my anti virus to avast and i got photoshop cs5 with came all the good stuff like adobe updater (basically its a resource hog) i think there might even be an updater for the updater but ive disabled that through msconfig or at least i think i have so any thing would be nice to help me out (ps. im looking how to fix the problem with my preexisting software not to download more so i have to learn how to use something else so if your going to reffer me to try this differnt video downloader dont even bother comenting

I've had very bad experiences with doctor's that take medi-cal, and I would like to avoid that at all costs. Which college/university?

There's really no way to tell without knowing your GPA and SAT scores, but for most of those schools, that won't help much either. The ivies and other top schools (Stanford, CalTech, MIT) take less than 10% of applicants and everyone applying has very high grades and test scores - they turn down thousands of valedictorians, perfect 4.0 students, and perfect SAT scorers every year. Unless you've got something outstanding on your resume and the very high grades and test scores, you really don't have much of a shot at those schools - no one does.

MacBook or a Toshiba?

I love Macs, but I own a Toshiba mainly due to price. My Toshiba works great, and it included built in Harman/Kardon speakers which is defiantly a nice touch. If I could chose, I would still get a Mac, but I love my Toshiba. You really can't go wrong. As for cons, my laptop has integrated graphics, but they preform quite well. They even manged to run the Crysis demo level almost playable (playable enough for me). The MacBook has better specs than my computer though, and of course the biggest con would be no OSX which is one of the main reasons to buy a Mac. If you don't need OS X, Toshiba is a great value. It all really depends on your situation, needs, budget, and of course the models involved.

well for me the epidural didn't hurt but i was so high on the gas it took the anesthetist 3 times to say his spiel to me before i finally got it. epidural itself was not bad it got rid of the pain completely. im not sure about ripping myself, i did have an episiotomy but i had the epidural so i didn't feel it but from what i have heard because it is so stretched down there you dont feel the rip or if they cut it. of course it was painful after the epidural wore off and i couldn't sit on my bum for a few days until it started to heal.

My girl had three last week, very quickly, then a ten hour break before the fourth one. Delays of days are not at all unknown. Ok so basically this is my story. Next year I will finish high school and be off to college hopefully majoring in engineering. My parents (Asians) say they completely pay for my college education, rooming, and textbooks. However once I finish college, they will basically guilt trip/force me to stay in Richmond, VA for the rest of my life because they claim that it is the "morally correct" way for me to repay them. I love my parents, but I don't want to spend the latter part of life in my hometown because there is absolutely nothing to do in Richmond VA economically and socially wise for a fresh college graduate... (Richmond is mainly a senior/family town) Also for what it's worth, I have been working for my parents in our bakery for 6 years w/o pay so I help earned money for my education as well. I mean, I really do care and respect my parent's decision, but I want to go out and live my own life and see the country/world. The other option I have to enlist in the NROTC scholarship program, in which the navy pays for my education and in addition I will be an officer and engineer for the USN. I feel really strongly about this option because I am really interested in the benefits and challenges that Navy will present to me. I also enjoy seeing different countries and being out at sea. But...my parents do not support this because I will most likely be abroad for months and won't be able to support them. When I graduate from college my dad will be 70 and my mom will be 61. They speak English but not incredibly well, in addition my mom has a brain tumor but fortunately is relatively stable both physically and mentally. She is a strong woman. I got a new 7 month old kitten from the humane society, I have 2 other cats well the new cat came back?

You can go from Vienna to Salzburg where they made The Sound Of Music. It only takes a few hours to get there and a very pretty drive. You can travel around Austria easily and nowhere is that far from Vienna, compared to say the U.S, Canada or Australia. It is not too big of a country. You should have no problems finding tours or transport to the Alps. Check with the hotel, accomodation, train station or tourist info centre when you are there. I recommend going, as it's very pretty.
