Which college/university?

There's really no way to tell without knowing your GPA and SAT scores, but for most of those schools, that won't help much either. The ivies and other top schools (Stanford, CalTech, MIT) take less than 10% of applicants and everyone applying has very high grades and test scores - they turn down thousands of valedictorians, perfect 4.0 students, and perfect SAT scorers every year. Unless you've got something outstanding on your resume and the very high grades and test scores, you really don't have much of a shot at those schools - no one does.
