What are good talking tools for parrots?

I am looking for more tools, for my male atiel Kiki. I got my English budgie, Binkie to talk, which was fairly easy. Now I am working on Kiki. I was wondering what kind of tools were out there, and I am also trying to find a name for a repeater product. It's a shape of a bird that records your voice when the bird plays with it or bumps it, the plastic bird talks. I don't know the name of it. Looking for stuff like that and really good CDs. And some birdy advise for for teaching beginner birds.
