How do i install .ipa files?

i currently downloaded some apps from the piratebay and they all come in .ipa files....so i clicked them and they appeared in itunes and sync it with my jailbroken iphone and then it mention something about you do not have authaurized something of this apps.....so im asking how do i install .ipa files??
