I'm a filipino-- Do you think It's still possible for me to work in Japan as a nurse?

There is a program that brings foreign nurses to Japan and allows them to work and study for the Japanese Nurses' Exam. I believe that they have a certain amount of time to take the exam and if they fail, they must go home. Do you know anything about being a nurse in Japan? I have been in the hospital and I personally wouldn't want to be a nurse here in Japan. All the formality, bowing, old-fashioned uniforms, and the limitations on what nurses can do doesn't seem desirable in my opinion.
