Why does my ex boyfriend do this?

It's not that he didn't wanna talk to you. You gave him an option whether to text, call, or talk in person. He basically said that he's happy with whichever one you choose. Give him a break. Besides, you guys aren't dating anymore, right? So he's has no obligation to talk to you in the first place.
