Xbox 360 S wireless stronger?

How do you make the wireless on the new xbox 360 S stronger? Cause i have a beastly router but my connection isn't that strong. It says that the connection is moderate and it need to be open i think. Is there any way to make the connection stronger without resetting my router because my router is setup to wireless printers and it's a ***** to reset them all up to our laptops.
