How To Saute Food?

Just use a little vegetable oil in the skillet about enough to cover the bottom. Throw the carrots in first they cook slower and cook them a few minutes then the put in the chopped up chicken. Keep stirring until the chicken is white all the way through and the carrots are tender. You can use olive oil or er if you want but make sure your pan is only on about med heat. olive oil and er will burn a lot easier then vegetable oil.
