What are the best exercises for these muscle groups?

Lower Calves - I have sickly huge calves and they are carved like rocks and i developed them by lots of bike riding on a bmx style bike it can also be done ona mountain bike you just need a lot of resistance. You can also do cale raises but it takes a while so just invest ur time and you wont be sorry. Good Luck
