What can i do about my phone?

its been almost a week & metro pcs hasnt been able to connect my phone the thing that happen was my phone fell in the water so i called customer service & they charged me $50 & 3 days later i got my new phone in the mail & i been trying to connect it but metro psc told me they are having trouble so they sent me to the main metro pcs store i was wondering can the main company help me fix my cellphone problem
